Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up - we invest in you so you can find your inspiration. **Your Impact** The primary purpose of this role is to provide oversight and governance to all internal and external print management and supply chain partners in order to ensure consistency across enterprise projects and programs. This includes responsibility for managing individual contributors responsible for coordinating project resources involved in the collateral production print management and supply chain as well as managing all enterprise print management and collateral supply chain programs, including ensuring adherence to program and project budgets, enforcing policies, and validating quality assurance. **What You Will Do** + Oversees global financial measures and program analytics which inform project forecasting and planning and ensure projects are aligned with program strategy + Oversees and provides guidance to analysts managing the third party vendors in charge of NRI consolidation in order to maximize transportation and delivery savings across the enterprise + Aligns the team's time and effort on projects that are critical to the enterprise success and delegates tasks and decisions to the appropriate people, based on who is in the best position to execute + Provides open feedback and mentorship to team members to encourage growth and greater responsibility + Hires, trains, and develops the talent necessary to achieve stated objectives and provide meaningful development opportunities for individuals in preparation for succession planning + Oversees all data to inform business intelligence (e.g., value engineering, process improvement) and program management analytics and reporting them to leadership + Works with internal partners and third party vendors to establish specific project and program budgets and ensure adherence to program budget provided by Merchandising organization + Reviews vendor scorecards (e.g., customer feed analytics) to ensure compliance to service agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) + Provides high- oversight and validation of quality assurance + Serves as the key point of contact between all internal business partners (e.g., Merchandising, Marketing) and third party vendors by building and managing business relationships with key vendors and partners and continuing to be well versed in process flow and directing work from vendors and partners to the appropriate party/work stream **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree business or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable + 5 Years print management or supply chain experience + 5 Years leadership experience with direct reporting responsibilities + 5 Years experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization + 2 Years experience in procurement and financial processes and software **Preferred Skills/Education** + 10 Years print management or supply chain experience + 10 Years leadership experience with direct reporting responsibilities + Statistical modeling experience + CIRM + PMBOK **About Lowe's** Lowe's Companies, Inc.
