Non Instructional/Support Services - Position - Other Job Number 4600319310 Start Date Open Date 03/20/2026 Closing Date 04/17/2026 General Definition of WorkThe Guest Teacher - Non-Certified, under moderate supervision, performs intermediate level work with limited decision-making discretion providing for a safe, orderly, and positive classroom environment in the absence of the regularly assigned teacher. The non-certified guest teacher will effectively manage the classroom and provide instruction for students based on teacher provided lesson plans, school provided lesson plans, or grade/department level created plans aligned to curriculum. This position is assigned at the building level for the entire school year and fills teacher absences as assigned by principal. The Guest Teacher - Non-Certified performs complex work to carry out Board of Education policies and procedures related to classroom instruction and student supervision under the direction of the principal.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
