Key ResponsibilitiesExecute month-end close procedures, including comprehensive review of the trial balance, income statement, general ledger, budget variances, accounts payable, and accounts receivableOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparationPrepare quarterly consolidation reportsReview monthly bank reconciliations and complete monthly cash reportingMaintain and update the operating cash ledgerPost various journal entries, including interest allocationsDevelop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projectionsProvide financial analysis and reporting to senior leadershipMaintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures Analyze development reports and ensure cost projections remain currentMaintain depreciation and amortization schedulesIdentify and analyze budget variances across operating properties in collaboration with accounting and property management teamsSupervise and mentor accounting staffQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field10+ years of accounting experience in the real estate space$160,000 - $170,000 a year#GHJSS #LI-SV1We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
