Aircraft Detailer - PDK Airport

SUMMARY OVERVIEW The Aircraft Detailers support Prime Appearance, a subsidiary of PrimeFlight Aviation. We specialize in the cleaning and detailing of the exterior and interior of aircrafts to maintain their appearance. This position requires using specialized cleaning products and techniques to address different surfaces and components, ensuring no damage to the aircraft's structure or delicate areas. You must follow the safety and environmental regulations while working efficiently to meet deadlines.RESPONSIBILITIES Perform detailed interior and exterior cleaning of aircraftUse specialized cleaning products and equipment to clean and protect aircraft surfacesInspect aircraft for any stains, damages, or wears and report any findings to managementDetail aircraft according to airline specifications and standardsClean and sanitize aircraft cabins, including seats, carpets, windows, and lavatoriesApply protective coatings to aircraft exteriors to preserve paint and prevent corrosionWork closely with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft are cleaned during scheduled maintenanceMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working conditionFollow all safety guidelines and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipmentCoordinate with team members to complete detailing tasks efficiently and on scheduleHandle delicate aircraft components with care during the cleaning processProvide exceptional attention to detail to ensure all areas of the aircraft are cleanedWork under pressure to meet targets and deadlinesDemonstrate strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships effectivelyExemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standardsPerform any additional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS 18 years of age or olderEligible to work in the United StatesCommunicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile DevicesEffectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic meansPass a background check and drug screenEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidaysTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
