The ideal candidate will be a reliable and motivated clerk who can function as a back up lead of the department, clerk duties, Computer knowledge required, while performing dock associates functions as well as driving forklift as needed. Trace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their merchandise. Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, in a courteous and professional manner.
