Thisjob supports the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for improving theefficiency of the organization's supply chain. Thisis a 1 st shift opportunity with day hours which are 6am to5:45pm Monday through Thursday with a rotation of working Friday through Sundayevery other week for both shifts (2,2,3 shift rotation) with every otherweekend off. **Whatyou'll do** + Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks. + Will operate manual and motorized ride on pallet jack. + Help pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems. + Operating forklift for loading and unloading trucks. + Maintain clean and safe working environments. Sweep and mop floors. + Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage. + Perform labeling of materials under required procedures. + Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship. **Whatyou'll need** + High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Should hold forklifting experience and will certify while on the job. + Experience with warehouse with GMP Materials & Pharmaceutical environment is a plus but not required. + Forklift experience is required; candidates must demonstrate proficiency in operating forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment. + Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
