Art Director

Job Title: Art Director Location: Remote Role Overview We are seeking a junior to mid-level Art Director (2–3+ years experience preferred) with a strong foundation in design and hands-on experience in photo and video production support. This is a business-as-usual creative role supporting ongoing premium brand initiatives rather than a single defined project. The ideal candidate will help concept, manage, and execute photo and video assets from ideation through final delivery.   Key Responsibilities Support creative development for airport lounge and landing launches Assist in planning and executing large-scale photo shoots Translate creative concepts into: Shot lists Mood boards Visual direction guides Collaborate with photographers, videographers, producers, stylists, and marketing partners Assist with talent selection, wardrobe direction, and creative oversight Edit photo and video assets from raw files to final deliverables Manage digital assets within DAM systems (e.g., Brandfolder/DAM platforms) Support visual merchandising, event collateral, and email design as needed Partner cross-functionally with marketing, business, and creative leaders   Must Have Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience as an Art Director or strong design professional ready to step into the role Strong design foundation with a compelling portfolio Experience working with photo and video production Ability to edit photography and manage creative assets Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders Strong eye for premium brand aesthetics   Technical Skills Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Lightroom Premiere Pro After Effects Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, etc.) Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (e.g., Bynder DAM)   Nice to Have Background in food & beverage, lifestyle, hospitality, or architectural photography Experience supporting premium brands Event or campaign management exposure Photography experience (bonus)   Portfolio Requirements Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating: Strong design foundation Photo editing or photography work Experience supporting campaigns, events, or brand activations   What Makes This Role Unique Opportunity to contribute to high-visibility lounge launches Creative assets used across digital channels, email, site banners, and PR publications Work replaces stock imagery with custom, premium creative Exposure to premium dining, entertainment, and lifestyle initiatives
