Integrated Logistics Support

Single point of Contact for to review project/contract Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Reliability & Maintainability (R&M), Safety, and Human Factors requirements, and plan related analyses and activities. Produce an ILS schedule detailing the support activities to be undertaken during the new product design cycle. Perform in process ILS reviews with customers and program management. Develop ILS, R&M, Safety, and Human Factors documentation including relevant plans, scheduled maintenance analysis (SMA), preventive maintenance analysis, corrective maintenance procedures, spare parts lists, and tools & test equipment lists. Develop training plans and training curriculum, and present training courses. Develop ongoing informal and formal reviews of environmental, safety and operational health of the design. Support development of Technical Manuals and Repair Documents. Support development of the Standard Parts Catalog, and support part selection for product design efforts and obsolescence analyses. Knowledge of applicable technical standards, principles, and techniques. Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work under limited supervision. Follow established procedures. Review the work for accuracy of technical judgment, overall adequacy, and correctness. Interact with internal company contacts. Infrequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts on routine matters. Capable of attending the face-to-face customer meeting. Provisions for travel 1 to 2 visits in a year to support ILS conferences or customer locations.
