The Plant - BAGS 50,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility and 50,000 sq. ft. Sacramento based assembly facilities are both located in the center of California, allowing for efficient servicing of all projects. The Net-Zero Fabrication Plant boasts state-of-the-art glazing capabilities and provides each of our projects with uncompromising quality control. A Shop Production Worker at BAGS must possess the following skills and attributes: * Experience with power tools * Proficient with basic math and have the ability to read a tape measure * Good mechanical aptitude * Construction background a plus * Experience working with table saws, drill presses and operate basic hand tools * Able to handle a very fast paced working environment * Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable * Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * The product is heavy, so production workers are required to be able to safely handle 42-73lbs * Must pass a pre-employment drug screening As a young nimble company, BAGS provides an opportunity for growth in your own professional career path and the opportunity to work with a solid team of highly-skilled professionals.
