Director Investment Accounting

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a financial services organization in the insurance sector to identify a Director of Investment Accounting to lead a team responsible for financial reporting and oversight of a large investment portfolio. This leadership role will support both operational reporting requirements and broader finance transformation initiatives. Location and work model details will be discussed during the interview process.This position is ideal for an accounting leader who can balance detailed review responsibilities with strategic insight into portfolio performance and reporting processes.
