This role involves precise machine operation, quality control, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth workflow within the production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate slitting machines safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety regulations and standard operating proceduresAdjust bobbin bars to meet product specifications and quality standardsPackage slit bobbins according to established guidelines, ensuring product protection and proper labelingStack and weigh finished cartons, verifying accuracy against production requirementsTransport finished palletized goods to the cooler using manual material handling techniquesStretch wrap finished pallets to secure materials for storage and shipmentMaintain accurate inventory and production records, both manually and electronically on tabletsInspect materials throughout the slitting process, verifying quality and checking for defectsCommunicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments regarding production status and issuesMaintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiencyPerform all other duties as assignedQualificationsStrong attention to detail and quality consciousnessGood communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively in a team environmentCapability to maintain accurate records using both manual and electronic systemsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to work in hot and cold environmentsMust be able to lift 50 poundsMust be able to bend, squat, and complete tasks on the floorAbility to walk and stand for prolonged periodsOfficial Contact InformationEmail: All official emails will come from an @ addressWebsite: Verify job listings and contact details on We will never contact you via Teams, Zoom, or Google Meets.
