We're expanding our interior plumbing division and seeking a seasoned Drain Cleaning Technician to lead the charge in residential and commercial service calls.ResponsibilitiesComplete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home, service calls.Provide Camera service for mainline stoppagesDescribe diagnosed problems to customers and provides solutionsEngage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, effectively communicating drain issues and recommended solutions to generate sales opportunities by explaining the features and benefits of each solution.Obtain agreement for services before performing workIdentify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers, maximizing revenue potential.Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service experiences and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly.Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock truck to minimum stock levelsBe able to successfully perform basic drain cleaning functions using small to large-sized drain cleaning machinesHave the basic knowledge of how a plumbing system worksBe able to remove and reset a toilet and a p-trapOperate equipment in a safe mannerWear all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co-workersProvide solutions to sewer and drain problems.Participation in required staff meetings and trainingRequirements5 or more years of Sewer and drain cleaning, replacement, and sales experienceService Titan experience a plus!Working knowledge of septic systems, sewer and drain systems, and underground pipingPersonable and professionalHigh integrity and strong communication skills$25 - $35 an hour
