SUMMARY: As an Inside Sales Representative for CED, you will develop relationships with new prospects and maintain relationships with established customers while selling electrical products and professional services. Our Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for handling customer inquiries by using product knowledge, problem solving, and communication skills. Reports to: Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Communication Proficiency Additional Competencies: + Customer/Vendor Focus + Personal Effectiveness/Credibility + Technical Capacity + Teamwork + Detail-Oriented + Flexibility + A "Customer First" Mindset - genuinely driven to help people succeed Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience + Familiarity with Computers and Microsoft Products + Experience with Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley products is a plus Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office and warehouse environment. You'll use standard office equipment, and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
