We are happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn and build new skills.Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm and 1:00 PM-9:30PMWhat you will do:Prepare and coordinate mail projects for insertion and fulfillmentOperate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting machines using barcode scanning and camera validationRead and follow detailed job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setupPerform quality checks to verify job accuracy and USPS complianceSort, tray, and palletize mail according to USPS regulationsApply and reconcile correct postage for each job, including international mailMonitor equipment performance and perform basic maintenance and troubleshootingMaintain accurate daily documentation, including QC logs and USPS reportsCollaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs)Assist with other production activities as needed (hand inserting, cross-training, etc.)Maintain a clean, organized work areaSupport additional duties as assigned by leadershipWhat we are looking for: We're looking for reliable team members who are ready to learn and take pride in their work.No prior mail or machine experience required - we will train youHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceBasic math skillsAbility to follow detailed written instructions and job ticketsComfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with deadlinesAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs occassionallySelf-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to pass a drug screen, background check, and E-VerifyWhat we offerMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceSupplemental insurance optionsFlexible Spending Account (FSA)401 (k) with generous company matchBonus opportunitiesPaid time off, sick time, and holidaysCasual work environmentStrong commitment to work-life balanceOpportunities for growth and advancementEmployee Assistance ProgramLong-term stability with a people-first companySalary Description $18.00-$24.00/hr.
