Job Description

As a Room Attendant, your main job is to clean and prepare 13 guest rooms per shift. You'll make sure each room is spotless, well-stocked, and ready to provide a comfortable stay for our guests.Key Responsibilities:Clean and prepare 13 rooms daily within the scheduled shiftMake beds and change linensClean bathrooms: sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and floorsVacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop floorsDust and wipe down all furniture and surfacesRestock supplies (toiletries, towels, tissue, soap, etc.)Check that all room items work (TV, lights, AC, phone, clock, etc.)Empty trash and clean ashtraysRespond to guest requests and report issues to a supervisorMaintain a friendly and professional attitude with guests and team membersWhat We're Looking For:Positive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to follow directions and complete tasks efficientlyWillingness to learn and take feedbackTeam player who can also work independentlyMust be at least 21 years oldHigh school diploma or GED preferred - no experience needed, we will train you!Paragon Tropicana is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains the policy of recruiting and retaining the best-qualified personnel who demonstrate the ability to perform competently and work well with others.
