Job DescriptionCNC LATHE MACHINISTMonday - Friday6:00 am - 4:30 pm$26.00 - $28.00 per hour ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSOperate CNC lathe machines that run automatically using pre-programmed computer controlsLoad and unload raw materials and finished parts from the CNC latheMonitor machine operation to ensure parts are produced according to specificationsPerform basic inspections of finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometersIdentify and report machine malfunctions, tool wear, or quality issues to supervisorsMake minor adjustments or offsets as instructed to maintain part qualityMaintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety standardsFollow production schedules, work instructions, and quality proceduresJOB REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience operating CNC lathe machines preferredAbility to understand basic CNC machine operation and automated processesExperience reading basic blueprints, work orders, or job travelers is a plusFamiliarity with basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Strong attention to detail and qualityAbility to stand for extended periods and lift materials as requiredWillingness to follow safety guidelines and company proceduresReliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts
