Job Summary The Accounting Intern will support the Accounting team with administrative and operational tasks, with a primary focus on assisting with the implementation of NetSuite, the company's new ERP system. This internship offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations, document management, and enterprise systems in a professional office environment.The Accounting department is seeking to host two interns for this role. Due to the time-intensive nature of the project, interns should be available to commit as much time as possible during the internship period.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for the Accounting team and assist with day-to-day coordinationSupport the Accounting department during the NetSuite ERP implementation by attaching and organizing documents within the systemAnswer incoming phone calls and emails, route correspondence, take messages, and respond to basic business inquiriesAssist with various accounting and administrative tasks as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Bachelor's degree preferred or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field• Prior experience (up to 2 years) in an administrative, receptionist, front office, or similar role is a plus• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new systems, including NetSuite (ERP)• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Hands-on experience with standard office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, and printers• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail• Solid written and verbal communication skills• Professional attitude, appearance, and interpersonal skills• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage repetitive and time-intensive tasksPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
