Structured Cabling Technician

With a reputation built on quality craftsmanship and long-term client relationships, they offer steady work, professional development, and real advancement opportunities for skilled tradespeople.What You'll Be Doing• Install and route CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic cabling in commercial environments• Terminate copper and fiber, including patch panels, keystone jacks, and fiber connectors• Test and certify cabling using appropriate testing equipment• Build out MDF/IDF closets including racks, ladder tray, cable management, and grounding systems• Read and follow blueprints, riser diagrams, and scope documents• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and assist with system upgrades• Maintain clean, organized, and code-compliant installationsWhat You Bring to the Table• 2+ years of commercial structured cabling experience• Experience with copper and fiber terminations• Ability to read and interpret blueprints• Strong work ethic and attention to detail• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation• Ability to work flexible hours as project demands requireHow to Apply: Apply Directly to this ad, call/text us at 281-781-7120, email your resume to houcable@ or drop by our office at 4001 Nations Dr. Pasadena, TX 77505 Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.#HOU04
