From overseeing repairs to mentoring your team, you'll make sure every resident feels right at home.What You'll Do: Lead, schedule, and supervise the maintenance team to complete work orders, unit make-readies, and repairs accurately and on time Oversee property inspections, safety checks, and preventative maintenance to keep all buildings, equipment, and grounds in excellent condition Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, supplies, and budgets to ensure cost-effective operations Respond to maintenance emergencies, participate in the on-call rotation, and maintain readiness for after-hours issues Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff while ensuring compliance with safety standards, Fair Housing, and company policies Support custodial tasks and assist with resident move-ins, inspections, and service requests as neededWhat You'll Bring: Hands-on experience in multifamily property maintenance Current EPA/HVAC and CPO Certifications (required) Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high safety and service standards Solid knowledge of maintenance operations, budgeting, and vendor management Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesCompensation & Benefits: $24.00 - $27.00 DOE Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, EAP PTO + Floating HolidayWhy Work With Us?Join Nevada's largest locally owned property management company-Stout Management Company.
