Role SummaryWe're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Analyst to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel acquisition and retention campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon/marketplaces, DSPs, paid social, email, and affiliate channels. This role blends analytics, campaign execution, and testing to drive scalable customer acquisition, improve unit economics, and support lifecycle marketing for a fast-growing beauty brand.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Amazon Advertising & marketplaces, and programmatic/display channels.Build, analyze, and report on KPI dashboards (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, AOV, repeat purchase rate) to inform channel allocation and creative/testing priorities.Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and funnels; translate test results into actionable recommendations.Manage day-to-day campaign operations: bid/ budget management, audience segmentation, creative trafficking, and performance monitoring.Support marketplace strategy: product listing optimization, advertising on Amazon/other marketplaces, keyword bidding, and marketplace promotional tactics.Collaborate with creative, ecommerce, and product teams to develop on-brand ad creative and landing experiences optimized for conversion.Implement and maintain tracking & attribution (UTM strategies, pixel/event instrumentation, server-side tagging, GA4, conversion APIs) to ensure accurate measurement across channels and devices.Run cohort and retention analyses to identify opportunities for lifecycle marketing (welcome flows, winback, VIP) and inform email/SMS strategies.Build predictive models and LTV/CAC forecasts to support budget planning and channel investment decisions.Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Stay current on channel best practices, platform updates, and competitive landscape; recommend new channels or tools where appropriate.Required Qualifications2-4+ years experience in performance marketing or growth roles with hands-on management of Meta and Google Ads and experience with Amazon/marketplaces.Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Excel (pivot tables, modeling), and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) or analytics platforms.Practical knowledge of tracking and attribution (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Conversions API, server-side tagging).Proven experience running A/B tests and using results to scale high-performing tactics.Comfortable managing budgets, bid strategies, and optimizing to ROAS/CAC/KPI targets.Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive) a plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams.Growth mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience at a DTC/CPG beauty brand or similar consumer product company.Familiarity with programmatic DSPs, affiliate networks, or influencer marketing measurement.Experience with Python or R for analytics/modeling.Experience owning full-funnel marketing measurement and LTV modeling.
