This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company and make a significant impact managing large, major foodservice customers across the West CoastAbout the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven National Account Manager - Foodservice with a progressive career track, entrepreneurial mentality, and ability to build strong partnerships to manage and grow large national foodservice customers, distributors, and brokers within the West Coast territory. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing strategic plans, and executing initiatives with key accounts. This role requires the ability to work independently from a home office while traveling 50-70% within your territoryWhat You'll DoBuild strong partnerships with large/major national foodservice accounts, distributors, and brokers to drive growthLead the development of new business opportunities and grow Bridor's sales and profitsDevelop and coordinate short-term and long-term strategies for West Coast national distributors and aligned brokersBuild and maintain contacts at multiple levels within assigned accounts and GPOs to influence decisionsCommunicate strategies and plans for distributor, broker, GPO, and national customer management to Directors and Regional Sales ManagersDrive the sales process from start to finish, managing all aspects of account growthTrack and analyze sales statistics using key quantitative metricsPlan, execute, evaluate, and present customer-specific marketing initiatives and R&D projectsDevelop annual business plans for customers to maximize opportunities and drive profitable growthAnalyze category, industry, and competitive trends to proactively recommend strategiesInitiate, communicate, and see to fruition major projects, product rollouts, and promotionsWhat We're Looking For5-15 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in bakery or foodservice with consumable productsProven ability to deliver aggressive sales results at a national account levelA progressive career track with an entrepreneurial mentality, able to build strong partnerships and drive initiatives independentlyStrong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate strategic marketing and sales initiativesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and BRC standardsAbility to work independently from a home office and travel extensively (50-70%)Bachelor's degree preferred but not requiredWhy Join Bridor?Be part of a global, premium bakery brand experiencing tremendous U.S. growthOpportunity to manage large, national foodservice accounts and shape strategic initiatives across the West CoastWork autonomously with strong support from a collaborative leadership teamCompetitive compensation with annual performance-based bonusMonthly car stipend for field travelHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday scheduleCareer development opportunities in a rapidly expanding companyReady to Make an Impact?If you are a strategic, results-oriented sales professional with a progressive career track, entrepreneurial mentality, and proven ability to build strong partnerships, experienced in managing major national foodservice accounts on the West Coast, we want to hear from youApply today to join Bridor and drive our success across the West Coast#LI-DNI
