Job Title: Senior Program Manager  Location: Charlotte, NC OR Iselin, NJ Job Type: Contract  Max Pay Rate: $76/hr Overview This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to drive large-scale enterprise technology transformation initiatives within a financial services environment. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs, engage directly with executive leadership, and help shape the organization’s future—especially through AI-driven innovation. What You’ll Do Lead Transformation Drive enterprise-wide technology programs across multiple business units Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget Drive Strategy Define program scope, objectives, and execution roadmaps Align initiatives with broader business and technology strategy Executive Communication Translate complex technical initiatives into clear, strategic insights Present to and influence C-suite and senior stakeholders Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams across technology, business, and operations Foster collaboration and high-performance culture AI Innovation Identify and drive AI/GenAI use cases within financial technology Support adoption of emerging technologies for efficiency and scale Required Qualifications 10+ years of Program Management experience Strong experience in technology transformation within financial services Proven executive presence and stakeholder influence (including C-suite) Solid understanding of: IT infrastructure Software development lifecycle (SDLC) Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Qualifications Experience with Big 4 consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) Exposure to AI / GenAI / automation initiatives MBA or certifications (PMP, PgMP) Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
