Deep cleaning of kitchen equipment in accordance with hotel standards. Complete washing of dishes, pots, pans or other equipment used in the kitchen.Job Focus:Focus is on, but not limited to the following:Must love and support their TEAM!Must love and take care of guests!Must say "yes" and "thank you" often!Responsible for the cleanliness of all kitchen areasEnsures that all china, glass and silverware requirements are metTakes monthly inventories of china, glass and silverwareFills in and assists other employees in the Kitchen Stewarding DepartmentCleans pot and pans, sweeps floors and removes kitchen trashCleans trash cans, floor mats, walls, dishes, glassware and silverware, dollies, carts, shelving, counter tops, reach-in refrigerators, walk-in coolers and freezers, and the dock areaDelivers and picks-up kitchen equipmentActs as a pot, pan, glass, china, and silverware runnerPerforms other duties requestedDesired Qualifications:Has a minimum of one (1) year kitchen operations experienceMust be at least 18 years of age or olderHas working knowledge of sanitation regulations and proceduresMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishAble to stand for an extended period of timeMust be able to obtain a Health Card
