Luxury Showroom Sales Associate

Sub-Zero Group Southwest, a distributor of high-end luxury appliances based in Scottsdale, seeks a Showroom Sales Associate for our Scottsdale, AZ Showroom. This role serves to provide a best-in-class appliance consultation and shopping experience. The Showroom Sales Associate executes the showroom sales process with the goal of building a value-added relationship with the consumer through each phase of their project. This includes overseeing and managing the consumer's hand-off to the retail channel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and product expertise.This individual will be responsible for:Executing the appointment setting process for the showroom including the pre-visit interviewProviding an exceptional, engaging and value-added showroom consultation for customers, whether it be a planned visit or walk-inSupporting customers via telephone, booking appointments, sharing information and uncovering their needsPartnering with dealers and trade professionals to build trust and mutually beneficial relationshipsMaintaining a beautiful and comfortable work environment, for both your team and guestsExecuting a seamless retail hand-off and positive customer experience between showroom visit and product installationPartnering with the Showroom Manager to ensure consistent high-quality service and follow-up, incorporating feedback and taking initiative in developing ongoing product knowledgeSupporting promotional showroom activity/events and overall operationsMaintaining positive long-term customer relationships; follow up with clients encouraging additional referral leads and repeat businessParticipating in on-going product knowledge and trainingBeing an organized, efficient and a conscience team memberAble to work M-F and most Saturdays; closed on SundaysThis position requires a pre-employment drug test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
