Interview : Video Visa : USC, GC, GC EAD, H4 This is onsite from day-1 ( Need local candidates ) Description : About the job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to contribute to the development, automation, and optimization of our cloud based data ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Python, AWS, infrastructure-as-code, and enterprise scale data platforms. This role will work cross functionally to build automation, develop ETLs, support data architecture initiatives, and evangelize key technologies within the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop automation scripts and tools for system provisioning, deployment, upgrades, and scaling using Python. Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest and transform data from various operational systems. Develop solutions within a modern cloud-based architecture. Champion strategic technologies across public APIs, Big Data, and Analytics. Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and operations teams to support enterprise data platforms. Apply strong understanding of metadata management and data modeling to support scalable data solutions. Work hands-on with AWS services, including CloudFormation and Lambda. Provide advanced SQL expertise across large data environments. Contribute to team communication, documentation, and knowledge-sharing efforts. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with relational, dimensional, and/or analytical data environments (RDBMS, NoSQL, ETL frameworks, and data ingestion protocols). Experience with enterprise data warehouse, data lake, or big data platforms. Strong knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and relevant tools. Advanced SQL skills. Advanced Python development experience. Experience with AWS CloudFormation and Lambda. Terraform and GitLab experience required (due to Client ecosystem). Strong technical acumen in AWS environments supporting large-scale, data-driven projects. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in data governance, lineage, or cataloging tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Prior experience working within financial services or large enterprise environments. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams.
