This includes sod installation, planting, pruning, irrigation, hardscape installation, and other property enhancement tasks. Maintain equipment and ensure work areas are kept clean and organized Abide by all internal control and compliance practices, including safeguarding assets, following laws and regulations, and maintaining confidentialityRequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities Ability to use manual tools (shovels, picks, rakes, hand shears) and mechanized equipment Work from elevated heights such as an 8' A-frame ladder Knowledge of plant care, watering, and fertilizer application standards Ability to read and write in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plusEducation and Experience High school graduate or equivalent desired Previous outside construction, landscape, or similar field experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must 6 months commercial landscape experience preferred but not requiredPhysical Requirements Regular and reliable attendance; ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs. (occasionally up to 120 lbs. with team assistance) Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods Ability to push/pull equipment, materials, and trees requiring force up to 35 lbs.
