Health Advocates Network ishiring a Break Fix IT Technician (1+ Years Exp Req)! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospitallocated in Detroit, MI . Pay Rate: $31.50 per hour Shift: Days (8hrs) Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 13 weeks Break Fix IT TechnicianQualification and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred 1+ years of experience as a Field Technician, Break Fix Technician, etc. One to three (1-3) years of successful experience in the area of Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support responsibilities required. Experience working within a Windows 10 environment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software failures. Eager to learn & work within a team environment. Customer service experience.
