Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist City: Nashville, TN 37203 Work Location: 100% On-Site / Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hourly Pay: $23.00 - $25.00Type: Temporary to Hire Summary: We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience managing tenant billing, maintaining rent rolls, and supporting billing functions in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to assist across departments. Key Responsibilities - AR Specialist: Manage tenant billings and accounts receivable Input leases into internal software Maintain and update rent roll Utilize Excel for formulas, summaries, and totals Handle chargebacks and maintain AR schedule Process miscellaneous invoices and billings Assist with other billing functions as needed Provide support to Accounts Payable when required Qualifications - AR Specialist: Previous AR experience: Real Estate/Property Management industry preferred Associates or Bachelors in Accounting highly preferred Excel: Formulas, Summaries, and Totals (experience required) Flexible and willing to assist where needed Learns quickly and able to utilize resources Positive, proactive attitude Collaborative team player mindset #INMAR2026EB-1755900881
