Market Type: Hybrid Key Account Manager II The Team: The JLB Sales team operates as an extension of our client's teams, driving successful business partnerships, strategies and executions between Target and our clients. Our approach to Account Management is to build strong relationships and bring actionable recommendations that lead to growth. The Role: We are seeking a talented individual to join our organization as part of our Sales Team. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing best-in-class services to meet and exceed our client partners growth and profitability goals. The ideal Account Manager comes with 2+ years of experience with Target, POS and syndicated data systems, is analytically driven and a self-starter. What You'll Do * Build strong relationships with client teams and Target merchandising teams * Advocate for clients by solving problems and aligning with Target's needs * Analyze omni-channel assortment performance, identify issues, and resolve vendor challenges * Manage demand planning and forecasting, including chase/cancel processes * Support the Sales Team with operational tasks and meeting preparation (line reviews, top-to-tops) * Track and report on incremental business opportunities (new items, endcaps, circulars, TPCs, markdowns) * Collaborate across JLB divisions to meet business needs * Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiencies What You'll Bring * 2+ years of Account Management experience * 2+ years of item-level forecasting experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Experience working with Target's corporate offices * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity * Effective communication and storytelling skills * Customer-focused and self-motivated Job Will Remain Open Until Filled
