Our mission is to keep people and property safe with top-quality protection.Job Overview:Security Guards of America are hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist. The Senior Marketing Specialist is a key member of the marketing team, responsible for supporting demand generation, developing marketing campaigns, executing online marketing strategies, and improving lead generation for new business, brand building, customer retention and cross-selling. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our security services, and setting up appointments for our sales team.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to businesses, property managers, and organizations to introduce our security guard servicesExplain our security guard services, highlighting reliability, professionalism, and cost benefits.Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-up meetings.Maintain accurate records of calls and client information.Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients.Ideate, develop, and lead demand generation marketing programs for both existing and new initiativesExecute multi-touch, multi-channel marketing campaignsConduct post-program analysis to review results against objectives, including lead volume and cost-per-leadManage content development and write messaging that supports marketing campaigns. Coordinate layout of content through multiple channels including website, email, and printAssess needs and work with security industry and subject-matter experts to create content that resonates with various audiences. Write creative briefs prior to any creative developmentOnline Marketing:Design and execute content marketing practices across digital platformsResearch the latest trends in digital marketing and analyze competitors to maintain a robust idea libraryCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, web, and sales enablement, to ensure cohesive marketing effortsQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):(Preferred) bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field of studyMinimum of three (3+) years of marketing experienceExperience developing and/or managing brand building, thought leadership and lead generation content for a wide range of media channels: Website, email, events and sponsorships, public relations/publicity, trade shows, social media, collateral, advertising (digital and offline), direct mail, webinars, video, white papers, etc.Strong writing skills with attention to detail and solid proofreading abilitiesStrong expertise in demand generation strategies, website content layout, data analysis, and report writingDriven and self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirableExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalBENEFITS:Salary: 90,000 - $110,000 per yearMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysHow to Apply:Send your resume to Guards@ to schedule an interview.Position Requirements Must speak and write English, (spanish optional)High school graduated or above.Should have expiernce in Maketing sales and making phone calls.
