This role will be a part of a fun, passionate, and dynamic global HR team. The position is both a strategic and hands-on role, which includes driving culture, designing organizations for maximum impact, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving HR functional excellence. The ideal candidate can effectively interact with business leaders at all levels, possesses excellent communication skills and strong business acumen and works effectively across global locations. Likely will serve as project leader for one of many NICE global initiatives.How will you make an impact? Work with senior management and the HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutionsPartner with Director, Human Resources and the business on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and all other relevant HR processesExtensive change management plans, including design and execution. Includes PMI work on acquisitions in multiple stages of integrationProvide management coaching to front-line managers and senior leadersAssess assigned business unit's training needs and conduct 1x1 and group training sessions as appropriateReview and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience to recommend actions/changesConsult with business and Finance on headcount planning and reporting, ensuring deep understanding of headcount management and movementProvide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-levelingWork with front-line managers and employees to address sensitive employee relations issues, fairly representing all interestsWork with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client groupPartner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment within the organization, including candidate assessment, supporting internal mobility and ensuring compliance with processes and proceduresHave you got what it takes?The ability to understand business goals and recommend approaches to help the business reach them through their peopleFocus on how to help the business achieve their desired outcomes within the structure of a larger organizationThe ability to think big and also get in the detailsAdaptability and even thriving in a rapid and complex work environmentDriving employee engagement to impact business resultsBias for smart action and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPositivityCommunication skills - convey messaging from senior leaders to employeesExcellent organizational skillsBachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Communications or related Technical Fields or equivalent work experience. 5-8 years' experience as a Business PartnerResiliency, critical thinking skills, ability to work in an ever-changing environmentAbility to balance strategic piece of an HRBP role with more detailed work like headcount tracking and planningBasic knowledge of employment lawYou will have an advantage if you also have:Experience within a start-up environment and/or tech environmentExperience working with a global team/matrix settingExperience assessing management and executive talentWhat's in it for you?Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
