Production Associate (1st Shift)

We're in search of dedicated Warehouse Associates to fill pivotal packing positions with a reputable local manufacturer located on Richmond's Southside. This role promises full-time hours and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic production environment.Current Shifts Available:1st Shift: 7:00 PM - 3:00 PMPosition Duties:Efficiently packing finished products as they emerge from the production line.Supporting Machine Operators with a variety of essential tasks.Preparing and stacking boxes for shipment, ensuring products are ready for dispatch.Position Requirements:Have at least one year of experience in a warehouse setting, with a preference for those familiar with manufacturing environments.Can reliably commute to our Southside Richmond location (Zip code 23224)Are prepared to work in settings without climate control. The facility can get extremely hot in the summer monthsWill successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.Understand the importance of maintaining a workplace free from fake nails, piercings, and beards due to regulatory compliance.Compensation: the starting pay for this position is $15.00 per hour #IND26
