Responsibilities * Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and ensuring timely delivery throughout the office * Coordinate inbound and outbound packages, including preparing and shipping boxes and labels to retrieve company‑issued computer equipment * Process incoming travel documents using internal software systems * Conduct routine walk‑arounds of the office to monitor facility conditions, including ensuring appropriate temperature levels by adjusting HVAC settings and overall workspace comfort * Assist with setting up and breaking down the training center and conference rooms for meetings, training, and company events * Collaborate with the landlord and external vendors as needed to support facility operations * Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support office and facilities Qualifications * Minimum of two years of experience in facilities coordination, mailroom operations, or a related role * Ability to work a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST * Familiarity with FedEx shipping processes is preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely climb a 6‑foot ladder, as required * Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards is a plus Compensation & Benefits Estimated Pay Range: $20-$22/hour Benefits Overview: * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage * Company-paid life and disability insurance * 401(k) with discretionary company match * Paid time off and holidays * Travel discounts and employee perks * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Professional development and learning opportunities EEO Statement World Travel Holdings is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
