**About the Role:** ***Work Schedule: Sun-Tue & alternating Wed., 5:45am-6:15pm** CBRE is currently seeking aMaintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, andrepairs on building systems including mechanical and electrical components. This role supports energyefficiency, ensures compliance with safety codes, and assists with equipmentinstallations and modifications. Ideal candidates have basic mechanicalexperience, strong organizational skills, and the physical ability to handle manualtasks in a fast-paced environment. This job is part of theEngineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible forproviding support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment andsystems. **What You'll Do:** · Installs, operates, and performs repairs andpreventive maintenance on various virgin and waste bulk chemical and industrialwastewater systems. · Operates industrial facilities to control flow andprocessing of streams such as water, wastewater, steam, compressed air, sludgeand effluents. · Monitors control panels and panelboard and adjustscontrols, valves and gates manually or by remote control to regulate flow,pressure, elevation, and distribution. · Operates and controls electric motors, pumps, gates,engines, generators and valves into plant to regulate processes. · Maintains shift log, observesvariations in operating conditions; records and interprets meter and gaugereadings. + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. + Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. + Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. + Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. + Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. + Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner. + Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail. + Deliver own output by following definedprocedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **What You'll Need:** + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Wastewater Treatment Lead Maintenance Technician position is $30.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Wastewater Treatment Lead Maintenance Technician position is $37.00 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
