About the Job:The Sr Analyst, Digital Merchandising on the Omnichannel Customer Experience Team is responsible for the execution of the digital menu board (DMB) and kiosk for product and menu experience tests, driving impact across the Taco Bell business. With this role, you will be partnering with the Manager, Digital Merchandising to prioritize the content roadmap that aligns with the marketing test calendar, delivering content that touches our 2 on-premises ordering channels; the kiosk and our largest channel (the drive-thru). The Sr Analyst, Digital Merchandising will report to the Manger, Digital Merchandising.Day-to-Day:Maintain and execute the test content roadmap to align with the marketing calendar for any product and market testsOwn execution for assigned tests that touch in-restaurant digital channels, partnering with product managers when necessary to support specific test requestsManage briefs for product tests in partnership with brand and creative teams.Project manage test workload and workflow for creative deliverables across all cross-functional partners to ensure efficiency, and accuracy.Work with our vendor partner to ensure communication on creative development needs and timing, ensuring the creative process is followed and timing is executed to deliver on time.Partner with the Senior Manager of Ecomm Merchandising and the menu optimization team to document results/insights from tests and share recommendations to inform future releasesEnsure Figma is updated with schematics and roadmaps on planned experiences for all test launches Is This You?BA/BS in Marketing, Business or other related field ? 4+ years of experience in digital content management or equivalent years of experience in the digital space, experience in QSR a plus.Proven understanding of the creative process to build digital creative assets for use in a digital channelProject management, execution, and cross-functional experience that drives efficiency and continuity.Strong collaboration and communication skills that translate to project ownership and accountability with a desire to understand, empathize, and continuously improve and solve problems.High attention to detail ensuring that all stages within the process are complete in a timely manner, while coordinating + escalating any issues between cross-functional teams and the Manager, Digital Merchandising to meet set deadlines or discuss dependencies/risksHigh emotional IQ with the ability to articulate complex ideas, achieve results, and create an enjoyable environment.People first attitude and team mindset with a drive to winWork-Hard, Play-HardHybrid work schedule and year-round flex day FridayOnsite childcare through Bright HorizonsOnsite dining center and game room (yes, there is a Taco Bell inside the building)Onsite dry cleaning, laundry services, carwash,Onsite gym with fitness classes and personal trainer sessionsUp to 4 weeks of vacation per year plus holidays and time off for volunteeringTuition reimbursement and education benefitsGenerous parental leave for all new parents and adoption assistance program401(k) with a 6% matching contribution from Yum!
