Material Handler (Lumper)

Prioritize duties with help from SupervisorPulling, dispersal, and receiving of components to assemblers to produce finished product necessary to fill customer ordersCoordinate with all departments to ensure customer orders are shipped in a timely mannerMatch product and customer orders to ensure proper quantities and labelingPrepare UPS/FedEx shipments according to customer requirementsYour Credentials:Accuracy of information and ability to follow a process through to completionKnowledgeable of systems and processes and ability to learn necessary computer skillsAble to move pallets, load trucks, and move other items safely throughout plant as necessaryAble to lift 50 lbs consistentlyAddition, subtraction, and multiplication of basic numbersBasic computer skillsAbility to read work instructions, carton labels, etc., necessary in day-to-day operationsThe rate of pay for this position $18/hr., commensurate with experience.About Quanex, A Part of Something BiggerQuanex (NYSE: NX) is a global, publicly traded manufacturing company primarily serving OEMs in the fenestration, cabinetry, solar, refrigeration and outdoor products markets.
