You will lead product demos, qualify potential merchants and provide solutions to build trust in the Recharge platform. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of merchants, varying in size and industry, and will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle for each of your accounts.Our sales organization has different levels of Account Executives, and each level has a specific OTE aligned to it.This is a onsite role based out of our Lehi office; 5 days per week in the office is expected. Please note: As this is a future opportunities Account Executive position, response to you application may be more delayed than usual. What you'll do:Live by and champion our values: #accountability, #collaboration, #iteration, #details.Conduct in depth market research to identify and qualify new account opportunitiesExpertly complete the end-to-end sales cycle from cold email outreach to scheduling and facilitating online product demonstrations and closing the sale.Perform business, product and technical demonstrations to customers and prospective customers as neededUse a value-oriented, consultative sales approach to educate customers on what products will best meet their business needs; building long term relationships.Independently manage a pipeline with multiple prospects and consistently utilize Salesforce to document progress.Identify where enterprise-level or complex merchants require teamwork with Sales EngineersConsistently exceed quarterly metrics and quotaWhat You'll bring: 1-3 years of inside technology sales experience with a history of success in a consultative sales environmentStrong work ethic with the ability to overcome objections and build trustExceptional written and verbal communication skills and must be comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong critical thinking skills and a creative approach to penetrating new accountsMetrics-driven, comfortable with utilizing (and ideally creating) spreadsheets, CRM, RFPsExperience using Salesforce CRMExperience with a sales automation tool, Outreach.io preferred.
