Production Associate

About the JobLinder Oil Company is seeking a Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you'll work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including assisting with loading operations from railcars. If you're looking for a stable role with variety and a welcoming team, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Accurately weigh and load raw materials into mixing tanks.Monitor and adjust the mixing process to ensure proper blending of materials.Unload and store finished batches in preparation for the next stage of production.Ensure product quality by:Verifying the weight and contents of all raw materials.Documenting each step of the mixing process.Collecting samples for quality control testing.Operate Class A and B trucks on the property for weighing purposes (CDL not required).Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.Skills & Qualifications:Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including climbing railcars and tankers.Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.Basic reading skills required for following instructions and safety procedures.Forklift operation experience preferred.Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.Awareness of workplace safety practices.About the CompanyIn business since 1978, Linder Oil Company is a small family-owned business.
