Maintenance Mechanic - 1st shift

As a Maintenance Mechanic you will maintain and repair manufacturing and facility equipment. This includes a wide variety of tasks such as: * Performing routine inspections and blowdowns of high pressure steam boilers under the direction of licensed 2B Boiler operator. * Performing routine inspections/logging of process and process support systems. * Assisting with the regularly scheduled sanitation of the purified water system. * Performing facility and equipment repairs as required. * Performing all facility and process related maintenance tasks as directed. This could be a great opportunity if you are looking to build your maintenance skills while enjoying responsibility for a wide variety of tasks along with the following: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 2-5 years' experience in a manufacturing setting, medical or regulated environment preferred. * Boiler license preferred; Special Boiler License is required within six months of assuming role. * Demonstrated aptitude for electrical and mechanical systems. * Understanding of clean rooms and purified water systems.
