Position- LMSW Location- Queens, NY Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical and trauma-based assessments to identify emotional and behavioral needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families, case planning teams, and medical providers. Provide trauma-informed therapy to children and youth. Support youth in developing pro-social and developmentally appropriate behaviors. Coordinate referrals to community mental health and support services. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and agency standards. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW license required or pending within 3 months). 1-3 years of experience providing direct clinical services to children, youth, and families (preferred). Bilingual Spanish (required). Knowledge of trauma-informed care, including TFCBT and CPP. Commitment to supporting children in foster care through a culturally responsive, strengths-based approach. Compliance with all background checks and mandated trainings per NYS requirements. Compensation & Benefits LCSW supervision provided (clinical hours count).
