While we aim to provide scheduling flexibility, weekend availability is mandatory. Key Duties:Master the point of sale system and train staff on its usageAct as company cheerleaderEngage in company training programs to improve your skills and employees skillFacility maintenanceInspire Range Guides to master lane managementCoach team on necessary skills as requiredProvide exceptional customer service and train staff on customer service skillsMonitor cash and registers, discouraging theft and ensuring proper quantitiesOptimize traffic flow, making lane turns efficient and assisting customersAct as a manager during open/close hoursRequirements:High school diploma with formal training in sales and customer service1-3 years of retail sales or customer service experienceWorking knowledge of retail sales transactionsAbility to obtain NRA Range Safety Officer certification, NRA Pistol Trainer certifications, and Red Cross First Aid certification (Shoot Smart will assist with necessary certifications).Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers and employeesExperience and knowledge of firearms operations and computer literacyAbility to lift 25 lbsComputer literacy.We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
