You'll lead project management teams, manage performance, and ensure the field is supported every step of the way. Ace has a structured orientation/training 90-day training plan that will include considerable travel to the following cities before landing in the Kennesaw/Atlanta office: Jackson (TN), Jackson (MS), Columbus (OH), Valdosta (GA). What You'll Do:Direct and support field operations across multiple job sitesCoordinate workforce needs and ensure the right talent is in placeMonitor project timelines, cost, and efficiencyPartner with PMs, clients, vendors, and subcontractorsFoster a positive, safety and performance-driven cultureSupport safety and HR policies in the fieldCoach and evaluate project managers Provide key operational insight to Division leadershipWhat You Bring to the Team:Experience: 5+ years in construction, electrical, or engineering; 3+ years in a leadership roleEducation: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferredSkills: Communication, leadership, planning, and the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environmentTools: Comfortable using MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, and reading technical plansLicense: Valid driver's license required with no DUIsWork Environment & Physical Requirements:This role requires field presence and physical mobility including:Working outdoors in all conditionsConsiderable Standing, Walking, Standing and occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs)Use of PPE and safe operations of company vehiclesTravel may be requiredWhat We Stand For:Equal Opportunity:Ace Electric, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
