Project Manager/ Engineer

Position Overview Project engineer and/or controls personnel are responsible for the organization and processing of data received from the field, along with subcontractors and vendors. The project engineer/controls position is an important part of the project management team and consists of assisting a project manager with daily tasks in the office or out of town. General Responsibilities * Planning/scheduling * Cost estimating, management, and process controls * Submittal and RFI management * Timely and accurate monitoring, prediction, and reporting of cost to complete * BIM coordination * Coordinate and participate in meetings * Ownership of the safety & health of PMI team members Qualifications * Education: Higher education degree, high school diploma or GED * Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite * Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation * Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills * Strong desire for continued growth and learning in a team environment * Problem solving and attention to detail
