This is a challenging, high/-visibility assignment focused on driving execution to deliver on critical schedule commitments/. The Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Training System development/. The Program Manager will act as a primary customer interface /(LM Aeronautics and the F/-35 Joint Program Office/) during the development phase/. The Program Manager will manage program execution, staffing demand, risks and opportunities, and process improvement initiatives/. The role includes working collaboratively across the F/-35 Training Modernization portfolio to increase throughput for new capability delivery and minimize training system lifecycle costs/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/.
