Thank you! ***Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join our firm. In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation. You will diligently represent our clients' interests and ensure they receive fair compensation for their injuries.Responsibilities: Strategically litigate personal injury cases by working up case filesDraft pleadings, including complaints, motions, oppositions, and other legal documents to advance case progressionDraft and review discovery, meet and confer letters, and discovery motionsPrepare, conduct, and defend percipient and expert depositionsArgue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in courtDraft mediation briefs, attend mediation, and actively participate in negotiating settlementsCollaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assess case valuesRegularly communicate with clients to provide updates and discuss case developmentsPrepare pre-trial documents and trial materials in case the case goes to trialParticipate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court hearingsManage and provide guidance to litigation assistants and paralegals Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California State Bar and in good standing5+ years of Personal Injury Attorney experience requiredAbility to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalismExcellent research, communication, and negotiation skillsCompensation:Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000+ (commensurate with experience and qualifications)Comprehensive Benefits Package: Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan availableCareer Development: Opportunities for professional growth and advancementComprehensive Insurance Coverage:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountLife InsurancePaid Time OffFree onsite parkingWe are an equal opportunity employer and offer competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities for growth.Salary Description $200k+
