Commercial HVAC Foreman

Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Provide technical assistance and on-site training for team members. * Assist Field Supervisor in evaluating skills and create development plans for each technician. * Will have superior customer relations skills. * Will have one of the cleanest vehicle and proper uniform. * MSCA Star Certified. Take and complete the Star Certification Test. * Assist and train the technicians in their communication with the customer. * Provide for response to after hours and emergency service calls when the primary technician is unavailable. * Should be proactive when possible "warranty" or "credits" could arise. * Ensure compliance of team members to all safety policies and procedures. * Ensure all their quoted work is performed at or under allotted time. * Consistently attend or teach union training courses for continued education. * Should be the technical "go to" for the Team Dispatcher in the Field Supervisors absence. * Assist sales and quote department with technical information required. Geographic Disclosure Compensation Range: $60 Per Hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
