Position PurposeWe are seeking a dynamic, proactive, technically oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service and Installation Technician. The successful candidate will play an important role in serving our customers by providing elevated services and support during the service steps of their journey with our products and services.It is explicitly expected from all Employees to live by the company's Core Values. ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site (customer homes) high-quality repair services, maintenance, installations, and pre-installation visitsEffectively diagnose appliance problems and provide repair, installing new partsEvaluate parts breakdown (Exploded View) to order parts via Spare Parts DepartmentControl spare parts truck stock and Maintain complete service job reports, fulfilling all Corporate Guidelines, for all jobs providedTo work with our customer service team to schedule services and close all jobs scheduled Create technical reports for specific cases whenever required by managementParticipate in Corporate and Manufacturers in-person Trainings (Locally or internationally) twice a yearParticipate in Corporate and Manufacturers' virtual Trainings whenever required by managementKeep the NPS personal score of a minimum of +38Report to the Subsidiary Service Manager, following all guidelines required for this positionQualifications and ExperienceProven 3+ years' experience with household appliance repairs with field experienceExperience with High-End and Luxury Appliances is preferredSealed System experience on domestic refrigeration is a plus.Ability to diagnose electronic and electrical systems and to read, interpret and utilize Electrical diagrams, technical documents and service manuals.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to reassure consumers in stressful situations, with extreme respect and cordiality. Capacity to handle customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalismMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while performing repair activitiesWillingness to stay updated on product specifications and industry trends by participating on trainings, workshops, and webinarsEffective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strictly follow all safety and manufacturer's protocols in the Services and InstallationsKnowledgeable about electrical and electronic circuitsProficient and Knowledge of Hand/Power ToolsEducation and Additional RequirementsTechnical degree in mechanics, electronics or refrigeration.
