E-Discovery Counsel

JURISolutions is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Counsel to join our law firm client.The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as an eDiscovery attorney, including managing the entirety of a digital evidence lifecycle, such as identifying, collecting, preserving, and producing electronically stored information, interviewing data custodians to identify search terms for data selection, and providing guidance on risk management protocols. The candidate will be working on nationwide class action litigation primarily stemming from cyber-attacks and data breaches and should have familiarity using relativity and other eDiscovery platforms. This is a temporary, part-time, fully remote position. Candidates must be licensed in at least one jurisdiction.
