Previous experience working with SUD patients is strongly preferred.Duties may include:Coordinating high volume of inquiries, scheduling, follow-up, tracking, assessment, and admissions.Conducting interviews and assess for appropriate levels of care.Updating bed boards, assessment boards, and other information stations.Verifying insurance.Prerequisites for this position:Positive Attitude!Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback.Professional, courteous, and respectful interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and other staff.Self-directed and highly motivated.Customer Service Attitude and ability to communicate effectively.BS/BA in a Behavioral Health fieldBasic computer literacy, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred experience or credentials:Experience with use of a multi-line phone system.Experience in SUD assessment and/or treatment.At least one (1) year of previous experience in a residential treatment center for substance use disorders.Qualified candidates, please apply now for a chance to join an outstanding team.
