We strive to create an inclusive and supportive workplace where every team member can thrive and make a meaningful impact.ResiBridge is hiring a Lead Network Deployment Technician to supervise field teams across multiple sites and markets. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with field leadership and logistics coordination. The Lead Technician will oversee senior and standard technicians, support market launch efforts, ensure deployment consistency, and own accountability for execution quality in the field.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate teams of Deployment Technicians across concurrent projectsTravel to new markets to lead deployment crews and establish local operational rhythmAct as escalation point for technical field challenges, resolving issues quickly and thoroughlyEnsure all deployments meet ResiBridge standards for cable routing, labeling, equipment installation, and documentationWork closely with the Network Deployment Manager to align daily deployment activities with production goalsProvide field-level feedback to improve tools, training, and process documentationTrack progress on deployments, materials usage, and crew performance, escalating risks proactivelySupport and enforce safety practices and jobsite professionalism at all timesRequirements:5+ years of network deployment experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory roleMastery of structured cabling, fiber optic installation/testing, and wireless equipment provisioningExperience leading remote deployments, managing travel crews, and launching new marketsStrong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple field teams simultaneouslySkilled in reading plans, marking up as-builts, and ensuring documentation is submitted accuratelyExcellent communicator-able to interface with field teams, office staff, vendors, and property managementWillingness to travel (up to 40%), including overnight stays, to support deployments outside NYCNice-to-Haves:While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a significant plus:Advanced Wireless Knowledge: Past experience with wireless backhaul technologies, including familiarity with 5GHz, 24GHz, 60GHz, and 70/80GHz frequency bands. This includes understanding the principles of operation, installation, and troubleshooting of wireless backhaul systems.Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Salary Range$70,000-$85,000 USDDiversity in backgrounds and experiences is key to Fairstead's success.
